Western Reserve Land Partners was formed to continue work its principal has done since 1995.

That work spans residential land development in Northeast Ohio and North Texas — acquisition, zoning and entitlement across a range of municipalities, subdivision design, and delivery of finished lots to production homebuilders. It includes projects carried from a first conversation with a landowner through municipal approval to completed development of residential subdivisions.

Prior projects were completed through other development companies. WRLP is that same practice under independent ownership.

We work with a small number of builder partners on a repeat basis, and we structure projects around their lot specifications and delivery requirements from the outset rather than after the fact.
